Common Troubleshooting Steps
Make sure your browser is up to date
Fabrik is new, and as such, does not work with some older browser versions. While most browsers update automatically, some settings may prevent them from updating themselves.
How to manually update Google Chrome
Try an Incognito window
Some common browser plugins, such as AdBlock, can incorrectly block scripts from running in Fabrik. The best way to determine whether a plugin could be at fault is to try accessing Fabrik in incognito mode.
If Fabrik works as intended in incognito mode, you may want to try disabling plugins.
Try a different browser
If the problem persists, there may be an issue with your browser. Trying to access Fabrik from a fresh install of a different browser may help.
Try accessing Fabrik on a different device
If all else fails, you can try accessing Fabrik on a different device if you have one available. If this step solves the issue, something may be formatted incorrectly on your first device. If the problem persists even after switching to another device, then the issue is probably on our end.
