Table of Contents

Fabrik allows users to add a Table of Contents to articles. This can make it easier for readers to find the content that they're looking for in longer articles. Google can also add table of contents links to their organic search results.

By default, the Table of Contents is toggled off and will need to be toggled on if a user wants to use it within an article. To do so, tick the 'Show table of contents' toggle within the document.

When toggled on, Fabrik will automatically turn each 'Header' field within a document into an entry within the table of contents. Clicking an entry in the table of contents will jump readers to that Header within the article. An example can be seen here.
