Importing Images from Digital Assets

While images can be directly uploaded to an article, they can also be imported from the Digital Assets library. If an editor has uploaded some images to Digital Assets for you, they can be easily imported into your article.

Begin by creating an item that has an ‘Embed’ field. Then, hover over the field and click the ‘Media Library’ option.

This will allow you to search the Digital Assets library by typing into the field. You should search for the file name of the article which you wish to import.

Select which file you wish you import, and then this will be placed in the Embed field.
